Here is what you will do
- Independently plan, coordinate, and carry out construction projects – we are active in new construction, renovation, and refurbishment
- Carry out clean construction scheduling including work preparation and personnel management
- Use resources economically and identify optimization potentials
- Prepare measurements, offers, calculations, and billing
- Ensure cost, quality, and schedule control
These are your skills and strengths
- Basic training as a mason EFZ is an advantage
- Further training as a construction foreman or forewoman or site manager – or willingness to complete it
- Interest and motivation for further development (calculation, construction management, etc.)
- Entrepreneurial thinking and structured working
- Leadership qualities and team spirit
- Customer-oriented demeanor as well as assertiveness
