Your tasks:
- Caring for and supporting the entrusted residents with consideration of a person-centered attitude
- Organizing and coordinating collaboration with family doctors and external service providers
- Daily responsibility for the department
- Accompanying dying residents and their relatives
- Assessing care needs according to the company's guidelines as well as proper documentation and communication
- Carrying out logistical and administrative tasks
Your profile:
- Completed training as a Health Professional EFZ
- Experience in geriatric long-term care (advantageous further training in Kinesthetics, Validation, basic stimulation)
- Good oral and written German skills and understanding of Swiss customer-oriented actions and thinking
- Flexible, empathetic, and motivated personality
- Precise, independent, and organized working style
- Willingness to guide and accompany trainees and interns
- High affinity for dealing with modern media and tools
