The training is aimed at people who would like to learn the profession of specialist caregiver EFZ. familea is an innovative training organization and also offers learners a perspective beyond the training period. We place great value on close and professional support during the training and ensure with progressive training standards that learners are optimally prepared for professional life.

Care Specialist or Shortened Basic Education FaBe Child EFZ
Your tasks
- You enjoy accompanying children in everyday life and in a variety of situations and supporting the children entrusted to us in mastering the demands of everyday life.
- Creative activities such as crafting, singing, playing
- Accompanying the children in topics of personal hygiene
- Designing a varied, interesting, and structured everyday life based on our pedagogical concept
- Professionally building and shaping relationships with the people cared for
- Contributing yourself in the daily life of the children's group
- Promoting the children with age-appropriate empathy
- Communicating with children on a respectful level
- Supporting other staff in the group routine and contributing to a pleasant atmosphere for children, parents, and the daycare team
Your profile
- We wish for an upbeat, positive person who maintains a respectful and empathetic approach to children and parents.
- Completed compulsory school with intermediate or higher requirements
- Very good oral and written German skills
- Good comprehension and willingness to independently and responsibly work on learning content
- Teamwork skills and willingness to learn new things
- High sense of responsibility with good observation skills and quick reaction ability
