Your tasks

• You enjoy accompanying children in everyday life and in a variety of situations and supporting the children entrusted to us in mastering the demands of everyday life.
• Creative activities such as crafting, singing, playing
• Accompanying the children in topics of personal hygiene
• Designing a varied, interesting, and structured everyday life based on our pedagogical concept
• Professionally building and shaping relationships with the people cared for
• Contributing yourself in the daily life of the children's group
• Promoting the children with age-appropriate empathy
• Communicating with children on a respectful level
• Supporting other staff in the group routine and contributing to a pleasant atmosphere for children, parents, and the daycare team

Your profile

• We wish for an upbeat, positive person who maintains a respectful and empathetic approach to children and parents.
• Completed compulsory school with intermediate or higher requirements
• Very good oral and written German skills
• Good comprehension and willingness to independently and responsibly work on learning content
• Teamwork skills and willingness to learn new things
• High sense of responsibility with good observation skills and quick reaction ability
