Our approximately 150 employees work in a demanding environment that offers many individual development opportunities and is characterized by a collegial atmosphere. To complement our team, we are looking for a Reservation Agent 60% - 80% starting May 1 or by arrangement.

Your versatile tasks

• Receive and competently process inquiries and reservations for our hotel, restaurant, and wellness offerings

• Recognize individual guest wishes and sell suitable offers with passion and professionalism

• Enter bookings in OPERA Cloud and TAC and carefully maintain the guest file

• Manage booking channels of online travel agencies and reliably manage room contingents

• Check arrival lists and create associated lists, statistics, and evaluations

• Operate the telephone switchboard and handle the central email inbox in a friendly and efficient manner

Your profile

• Completed commercial or hospitality training

• User knowledge in OPERA Cloud and TAC is an advantage

• Very good oral and written German and English skills; other languages welcome

• Strong sales and organizational talent

• Motivation and enthusiasm to actively recommend our hotel services and keep an overview even in hectic situations

• Warm, open, and communicative manner as well as enjoyment in working with different departments

• Polished manners and a confident, friendly appearance
