Your tasks:
You are looking for the challenge to independently manage an offer economically, content-wise, personnel-wise, and administratively. You have an affinity for complex billing processes related to healthcare costs. You are responsible for the implementation, revision, and adaptation of the operational concepts on site and are committed to the further development of the offer. You are motivated to initiate, accompany, and implement change processes. You ensure the processes for quality assurance according to QuaTheDA requirements. Networking tasks, both internal and external, and public relations are seen by you as an enrichment.
What you bring:
For this versatile and responsible task, you bring several years of leadership experience and have further trained in leadership and management, preferably also in business administration/health economics. You think innovatively, act with foresight and business acumen. You are strong in communication and socially competent, promote appreciative collaboration, and can convey clarity.
