Head of Bodywork Service Center (a)

Galliker Service AG prepares new cars from various manufacturers for the Swiss market. In addition, it carries out series, conversion, and various workshop tasks on behalf of importers, corporate customers, rental car, leasing companies, and dealers according to specific orders. For the respective car brands, Galliker Service AG is also responsible for delivering and taking back rental and leasing vehicles and performs all types of workshop, bodywork, and paint jobs in the service of customers.

• You are responsible for the professional and personnel management in the Service Center (around 35 employees, including 7 trainees)
• You ensure smooth process flows and work on optimizing existing processes in close cooperation with adjacent areas
• You are committed to continuously optimizing service offerings in the bodywork and paint sector to meet the expectations and needs of customers
• You are responsible for compliance with quality requirements and deadlines in the Service Center

• You have a basic education as a bodywork mechanic or bodywork painter, supplemented by commercial training or further training as a bodywork specialist/workshop coordinator
• You have proven professional and leadership experience
• You possess strong organizational and coordination skills
• You are an implementation-strong personality with high professional competence, pragmatic approach, and assertiveness
