Acquisition of new customers and vendors primarily in Eastern Switzerland
You acquire new vendors and larger leasing-affine companies in the Eastern Switzerland region. In addition, you manage a small existing customer portfolio as well as occasional cooperation partners. This particularly includes personal conversations with customers, the creation of leasing offers, credit inquiries, and the qualitative and quantitative development of the customer portfolio. You maintain an active network with cooperation partners (e.g., contact with management as well as customer advisors of the cantonal banks and vendors) and contribute to ensuring that the mediated business volume meets quality and quantity requirements.
Market presence
You are jointly responsible for planning and implementing active and cross-departmental market development (customer events, conferences and presentations, marketing campaigns, advertising activities, participation in trade fairs, etc.). You preferably live in the Eastern Switzerland region and work in investment goods leasing or the banking sector. However, you are willing to travel to Zurich for the onboarding period and regularly attend meetings on-site or via digital channels. You are flexible in organizing your working hours and appreciate a high degree of autonomy. Are you dynamic, curious, exceptionally service-oriented, and appreciate varied activities? - Acquisition of new vendors and leasing-affine companies in Eastern Switzerland
- Advising corporate clients of various sizes as well as customer advisors of cantonal banks and other partners in Eastern Switzerland
- Recording and evaluating the annual financial statements of our customers
- Preparing and following up on customer meetings
- Ensuring the high quality of business recording
- Independently developing needs-oriented solution proposals
- Independently and risk-aware approval of smaller leasing requests
- Co-responsibility in the preparation of larger business credit requests
- Supporting the conception of new consulting models, leasing offers, projects, and campaigns
Your profile
- Completed banking training or equivalent basic education
- Completed further education (professional certificate, HF, Bachelor, or comparable degree)
- Several years of experience in credit business and corresponding knowledge in financial analysis of companies
- Experience in active management of a customer portfolio
- Above-average service orientation and team spirit as well as high willingness to take responsibility
- Affinity and joy in structured acquisition of new customers in the corporate segment
- Entrepreneurial thinking, strong negotiation skills
- Good communication skills and enjoyment in exchange and dialogue with internal and external customers
- Very good manners and a trustworthy and engaging personality
