About the job
To complement our «Fugu» daycare team in Zurich Eggbühl, we are looking for an apprentice in the 2nd year of training to start immediately or by arrangement
«Fugu» daycares are a private company committed to expanding family-supportive childcare at attractive locations. Our «Fugu»-Huus is located in the Eggbühl development on the border of Zurich Oerlikon and Zurich Seebach in district 11. The nearest tram and bus stops are in close proximity. We have 340 m2 of light-flooded rooms available, which we have child-appropriately developed and furnished. The daycare is designed for 3 groups. Opening hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
We are committed to your training! Several people are involved in your training. Our training supervisors, practical instructors, and educational angels support you with their expertise and assist you in achieving your training goals. We go a step further. In addition to the usual learning objectives, you will take on additional responsible tasks. This opens up many opportunities for you with us after your training.
TASKS
- Learning the specialist knowledge and applying it in practice
- Supporting the group leader in managing the children's group based on the educational principles of the «Fugu» daycares
- Actively planning the daily daycare routine
- Independently and/or co-organizing celebrations, festivals, and events
REQUIREMENTS
- Completed compulsory schooling and started training as a childcare specialist EFZ, specializing in children
- Very good oral and written German skills
- Reliable and motivated to learn new things
- Resilient
- Good manners
- Joy and interest in working with children and in a team
