About the job
- Advise clients from banks as well as financial and insurance companies on withholding tax and stamp duty issues
- Prepare well-founded expert opinions and develop reliable advance tax rulings
- Conduct tax analyses and qualify financial products as well as derivative financial instruments
- Represent clients before tax authorities and courts in appeal procedures and draft further legal documents
- Take on project management and coordination for national and international client projects
- Collaborate across departments with specialists from other KPMG divisions
- Work closely and coordinate with our foreign KPMG country organisations
- Communicate directly with clients and tax authorities
- Completed Bachelor or Master degree
- In training or already completed training as a certified Swiss tax expert or LL.M. in International Taxation
- At least 4 years of professional experience in Swiss and international tax law
- Experience in coordinating and implementing complex projects
- Fluent German and English skills
- Solution-oriented, flexible thinking and resilient personality
