Team Leader Sales Support (m/f/d) 80-100%

Your Tasks

Operational and personnel management of the internal sales department (5-7 employees)
Responsibility for the entire order processing including sales and purchasing processes
Optimization of existing workflows and processes
Preparation and implementation of sales-related marketing activities
Hub function between sales, customers, and suppliers
Maintaining contact with manufacturers, suppliers, and intensifying the partner network
Participation in the implementation of overarching projects (introduction of new ERP system Abacus)

Your Profile

Technical/commercial basic training
High social and leadership competence
Experience in a similar position
Market and industry knowledge is an advantage
Service-oriented and customer-friendly personality
Independent, precise, and structured way of working
Very good German and English skills
