Clerk Aftersales 50% - 100%
Your task:
- Commercial handling of repairs and complaints
- Spare parts management
- Customer support together with service technicians
- Purchasing and disposition of components for aftersales
- Contact with customers and subcontractors regarding commercial clarifications
- Support customer service and workshop
- Monitor scheduling
- Maintain master data
Your profile:
- Commercial training
- Experience in repair and complaint management
- Language skills German/English (French advantageous)
- Good organizational skills
