• In collaboration with the management team, you are responsible for co-designing the further development of nursing
• You bear responsibility for continuously improved nursing quality at the department level in cooperation with the management team
• You share responsibility for implementing efficient, effective, and appropriate nursing, taking framework conditions into account
• Embedded in our broad nursing process landscape, you assess complex nursing situations and develop appropriate solutions

Your Experience

• You have a completed bachelor's degree in nursing
• You greatly enjoy developing nursing processes and recognizing patient needs
• You are an empathetic, integrative personality with a high service and customer orientation as well as pronounced communication skills and perform your profession with heart and commitment
• In challenging situations, you maintain the necessary foresight and a cool head
