Your tasks
- Responsible for repair and fault management
- Conducting control and inspection rounds
- Tenant support
- Fault rectification
- Inspection of sprinkler systems
- Safety officer (SiBE)
Your profile
- Completed training as a facility management specialist EFZ or technical or manual vocational training
- Several years of professional experience as a technical janitor
- Solid technical basic knowledge in HVACSE (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, electrical)
- Training as SiBE is an advantage
- Strong customer focus and service orientation
- German as native language as well as good user knowledge in MS Office
