Here is what you will do
- All master builder tasks in the field of high-rise construction (new construction, renovation, and restoration): building brick and natural stone masonry, performing concrete and formwork work, installing steel bars, applying insulation and plastering, assembling prefabricated elements, excavating trenches, laying pipes and cables, demolition work as well as heritage-protected buildings.
- Site preparation, management, and supervision
- Supervising and leading site personnel
- Material orders, economical planning of material, machines, and equipment
- Supporting the training of our apprentices
These are your skills and strengths
- A completed apprenticeship as a bricklayer EFZ
- Further training as a construction foreman in high-rise construction or on the way to it and/or proven professional experience in this field
- Organizational skills, independence, and enjoyment in leading employees
- A responsible, team-oriented, and resilient personality
- Driver's license category B, possibly BE
