You are interested in social insurance and enjoy personal and telephone contact? A cheerful and collegial team is looking for you. You are open and service-oriented and enjoy a very interesting and challenging area of responsibility. The start date is possible by agreement.
Your tasks
- You independently process new registrations for supplementary benefits.
- You clarify entitlement claims from other social insurances and check living and asset conditions, properties, inheritances, etc.
- You calculate supplementary benefits for AHV and are responsible for the correct payment .
- You advise and support our clients and partners in writing, by phone, and in person regarding questions about supplementary benefits.
Your competencies
- You have a commercial basic education, ideally with further training in the social insurance sector.
- You bring several years of professional experience in a health or social insurance.
- You are an empathetic and communicative personality and show understanding for elderly and disabled people.
- You think networked, work accurately, have a quick grasp as well as a flair for numbers.
- You have good manners, a high quality awareness, are open to new things, and quickly find your way around IT systems.
