Your Tasks
- Responsibility for the school facility and ensuring the functionality of the building, infrastructure, and technical systems
- Professional and personnel management of the caretaker as well as the cleaning team
- Organization, coordination, as well as active participation and independent execution of maintenance, renovation, repair, service, and cleaning work
- Contact person for school management, teachers, students, clubs, and authorities
- Administrative tasks
- Committed involvement in everyday school life and events
Your Profile
- Training as a facility maintenance specialist or a skilled trade apprenticeship with several years of professional experience
- Federal specialist certificate as a caretaker (or willingness to obtain it promptly)
- Initial leadership experience
- Business and customer-oriented thinking and acting
- Independent, structured, and efficient working style
- Team player, enjoyment of a workplace in a school environment
- Good MS Office skills and confident German language skills, both spoken and written
