Automation Technician Maintenance / Technical Service

Full-time, permanent

What tasks await you?

• Analysis and troubleshooting of faults in drives, sensors, and electrical assemblies through systematic fault finding based on measurements, circuit diagrams, and plant documentation
• Maintenance and repair work along the entire compounding line – from raw material supply through dosing and conveying technology and the co-kneader to the downstream bagging and packaging equipment
• Participation in plant conversions, expansions, and new installations including support during commissioning, including wiring of control cabinets
• Ensuring high plant availability during ongoing operations
• Documentation of maintenance work and preparation of reports
• Participation in on-call duty (every 4 weeks)

What do we expect from you?

• Training as an automation technician, automatic assembler, electrical fitter, mechatronics technician, or comparable electrical engineering training
• Several years of experience in the maintenance of industrial plants
• Good knowledge of electrical engineering and control technology (PLC)
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems as well as pneumatics and hydraulics
• Independent, structured working style as well as teamwork and willingness to learn
