«Zäme witercho» - At the Schlossmatt Center, around 300 employees from various fields work daily for the well-being of 186 residents. Our care center specializes in the complex care of people with multiple disabilities, dementia care, as well as short stays for transitional or rehabilitation care. In addition to our diverse therapy offerings, our roof also houses a day center, a daycare, and a restaurant for intergenerational encounters.Your tasks
- Leadership, organization, planning, and coordination of activation
- Deputy management of the day center team
- Preserving and promoting the self-determination and resources of our residents, enabling them attractive and individual daily and weekly structures
- Independently planning and conducting group and individual activities as well as everyday and environmental design
- Organizing and conducting sociocultural offers and events
- Using opportunities for participation to implement own ideas and actively shape the further development of the activation area
- Taking on responsible additional tasks and departments
- Integrative as well as cross-functional collaboration
- Supervision of apprentices and students
