We are looking for aConstruction Manager in the New Construction (GU/TU) area for theCentral Switzerland region with a workplace in Gisikon. With us, you can expect exciting projects ranging from commercial and residential buildings to high-rise buildings and industrial and data center constructions, offering you a modern working environment. Furthermore, modern working methods such as LEAN construction and BIM are not just theory for us, but are comprehensively and consistently implemented in our projects.

Your responsibilities

• As a construction manager, you lead, realize, and coordinate new construction projects from project start to defect-free handover as GU/TU
• You prepare and actively manage the procurement process for subcontractors
• You manage construction sites in a team, considering safety, scheduling, quality, and quantity requirements
• You are the hub on-site and the first point of contact for subcontractors, suppliers, planners, clients, and authorities

That's why you will succeed

• Diploma in construction management, technician TS, architectural draftsman, or equivalent education/training
• Several years of construction management experience in new construction projects (GU/TU)
• You possess very good German language skills, both spoken and written
• You are a team player, a good organizer, responsible, results-oriented, flexible, resilient, work proactively, efficiently, and possess a healthy assertiveness
