Tasks

Independent management of the product area and targeted support of the Category Manager (assortment design, market observation, supplier negotiations, etc.)
Professional leadership of approx. 3-5 employees
Conducting negotiation and contract matters with suppliers
Close cooperation with other departments (sales, advertising, corporate responsibility, etc.)
Management and support of complex national and international projects that contribute to modern and agile product management
Implementation and support of change and organizational development projects

Profile

Completed business studies, ideally with a focus on purchasing or equivalent training in retail, from the level of the federal specialist certificate (purchasing specialists)
Fluent German skills as well as very good English skills, French and/or Italian are an advantage
Sound knowledge of MS Office and ideally knowledge of SAP
High commitment, motivation, and resilience
Several years of professional and leadership experience in the trade sector, ideally with experience in purchasing
Strong leadership, pragmatic and communicative personality with a professional appearance
