To strengthen our Maintenance & Quality department, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for an open-minded, responsible, and proactive personality as:
Service Technician (m/f/d)
Workload: 80-100%
Your tasks
"=
Performing service and repair work on fast charging stations in Switzerland and, if necessary, occasionally abroad
= Periodic hardware and software maintenance of the charging stations
"=
Assembly and commissioning of charging stations, including carrying out the corresponding
device configuration and function tests
Modifications and customer-specific adjustments
Support by phone, email, or on-site with our customers
Error analysis and implementation of measures in cooperation with the development team
Support in training our partners
Your profile
"=
Completed training in the technical/electrical field, preferably electrician,
automation technician or similar
You have a service mentality and enjoy direct customer contact
You bring good PC user skills and knowledge in network technology
Precise and independent working style
Very good German skills; English, French, or Italian skills are an advantage
Driver's license category B
