Commissioning Technician Energy Systems

Your tasks
- Planning, coordination, and execution of commissioning (emergency power systems and combined heat and power plants) with all involved parties. These are mainly the Avesco project management, the Avesco service technicians, the client, and the subcontractors who install the plant on behalf of Avesco
- Performing and seamless documentation of the entire commissioning up to and including the handover of the plant to the customer or operator
- Troubleshooting, analysis, and documentation of complex control, process, or electrical issues (root cause analysis)
- On-site installation management of larger projects in an internationally composed environment (customers, contractors, suppliers).
- Conducting test runs, as well as extensive customer acceptance and customer training
- Deployment throughout Switzerland from home for commissioning lasting from a few days to several weeks
- Occasional assignments for customer service and project implementation
Your profile
- Technical basic training with corresponding further education as an electrical engineer, technician, or comparable
- Experience in plant construction with P&ID diagrams, electrical diagrams, etc.
- Knowledge of PLC control systems (e.g., Siemens, Schneider, etc.) is an advantage
- Enthusiasm for the very specific emergency power technology, combined heat and power plants, and modern combustion engine technology
- Reliable, resilient, independent, and flexible personality with enjoyment of customer contact in the field
- Very good German skills and good English skills; French is an advantage
