Manager, Quality Assurance (80-100%)

To strengthen our production compliance function in overseeing our contract manufacturers, we are looking for an experienced professional to join us, starting immediately or by arrangement:

Key responsibilities

Oversee batch documentation control, review executed batch records, and approve or reject production batches to ensure GMP and regulatory compliance

Manage deviations, non-conformances, and CAPAs, ensuring thorough root cause analysis and timely closure

Maintain and analyze product and batch-specific overviews, conducting trend analyses to identify systemic issues and drive continuous improvement

Coordinate with Contract Manufacturers, Production, Quality Control, and Supply Chain to resolve batch-related issues and ensure timely compliance with production orders

Support Quality System management, including audits, regulatory compliance, and enforcement of GMP-compliant procedures

Your profile

Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Life Sciences, or related field

Experience in quality assurance, including deviation management and Master Batch Record controlling

Solid knowledge of GMP, ICH guidelines and regulatory expectations

Knowledge in pharmaceutical manufacturing/packaging processes as an advantage

Ability to work cross-functionally, manage priorities under pressure

Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and organizational skills; compliance and improvement-focused mindset

Excellent command of English and German
