We are looking for a kitchen assistant for the new, renowned restaurant X1291 ächt.guet.

Job requirements

• First experience in gastronomy is an advantage.
• Reliability, punctuality, and ability to work in a team.
• Resilience and awareness of hygiene.

Scope of duties

• Preparation (Mise en Place): washing, cleaning, and cutting vegetables, salad, and fruit.
• Preparation: supporting the chefs in preparing simple dishes, sauces, dips, or arranging platters.
• Ensuring compliance with regulations and internal company guidelines.
• Hygiene: compliance with HACCP guidelines, disposal of waste.

Personal requirements

• Neat appearance
• Fluent (Swiss) German
• Willingness to work evening and weekend shifts
