What to expect
- Personnel, professional and organizational leadership
- Management at two locations, of a total of 6-7 nursing professionals HF
- Close cooperation with the co-management and the other team leader
- Participation and implementation of various processes, work instructions and professional standards
- Professional contact person for questions about therapy offers in consulting & therapy
- Consulting & care for people with respiratory diseases and their relatives
- Instruction on the use and handling of respiratory therapy devices
- Cooperation with doctors & health institutions
What is important to us
- Training as a certified nursing professional FH/HF
- Leadership experience mandatory with appropriate further training - advantageous
- Willingness to work at two locations
- Experience with sleep apnea patients - advantageous
- High social competence & high quality standards
- Flexibility & quick comprehension
- Structured & independent work organization
- Solid knowledge of MS Office programs
- Enjoyment of teamwork
- Car driving license
