YOUR ROLE
As a Senior Palantir Expert, your role is to lead the development and adoption of strategic data components that enable scalable, high-quality, and governed data solutions across the enterprise.
- Product Ownership & Strategy: Define and drive the vision, roadmap, and lifecycle of core services (e.g., load management, data quality, metadata), aligned with enterprise data strategy.
- Technical Leadership: Architect and develop scalable, maintainable solutions through hands-on engineering and by fostering best practices across teams.
- Operational & Governance Excellence: Ensure high availability, performance, and compliance of components, while supporting data governance policies and minimizing risks.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with architects, engineers, governance, and business stakeholders to gather feedback and prioritize impactful enhancements.
- Enablement & Innovation: Promote adoption through documentation and training, while driving continuous improvement via emerging technologies and scalable pilots.
YOUR PROFILE
- Expertise in Spark & Python: Proven experience designing and optimizing scalable data pipelines in Spark environments, with strong Python coding skills applied to data engineering;
- Palantir Foundry Mastery: Deep technical knowledge of Palantir Foundry or similar platforms, with hands-on experience in architecture and implementation;
- Solid Data Engineering Foundations: Strong grasp of data modeling, ETL processes, and integration patterns, backed by a technical degree in Computer Science or related field;
- Leadership & Mentorship: Experience leading small technical teams and mentoring junior engineers, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly;
- Nice to have: Familiarity with full-stack development (Java, TypeScript), cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), SQL/NoSQL databases, agile methodologies, and data governance in financial or (re)insurance contexts.
