The Ilgenhalde location is one of our three institutions. It offers school, residential care, and therapy for children and adolescents from 4 to 20 years old in Fehraltorf. The TWSG (Therapeutic Residential School Group) is an intensively supervised structured residential group embedded in Ilgenhalde with an integrated school offer for 4 children and adolescents with a dual diagnosis, autism spectrum disorder, and challenging behavior.

These are your tasks
- Supporting the team leader in the professional, organizational, and economic management of the residential group according to the foundation's mission statement and concepts
- Accompanying the children and adolescents in an individual setting
- Designing a structured daily routine and an active living environment for the children and adolescents together with the team
- Empathetic support of children and adolescents with sensory impairments on the autism spectrum
- Close coordination with the team for a shared educational approach and for jointly managing everyday challenges
What you bring with you
- Degree as a social pedagogue HF/FH or nursing specialist HF with a focus on psychiatry
- Professional experience in supporting people on the autism spectrum
- Trustful, partnership-based, and constructive interdisciplinary collaboration as well as reliable communication
- Reliability, high resilience, and balanced personality
