This is what your job will look like:
- Operation, configuration, and optimization of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive.
- Consulting and support for departments to optimally use collaboration tools.
- Creation and maintenance of governance, compliance, and security concepts for M365 collaboration.
- Support with rollouts, migrations, and projects.
- Monitoring capacity, performance, and availability.
- Documentation, knowledge building, and continuous improvement.
What you should bring:
Technical Skills
- Completed IT training or equivalent experience.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 Groups, Power Platform (Power Automate/Apps) is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Entra ID and security settings for collaboration services.
Non-Technical Skills
- Strong customer orientation and communication skills.
- Creativity and design skills in collaboration solutions.
- Enjoyment in consulting, training, and change support.
- Flawless German and good English skills.
