What awaits you - Your stage behind the bar

• Mixology at the highest level: Professional preparation of cocktails with excellent guest service in all bars of the resort
• Consultation and sales: Qualified advice on aperitifs, digestifs, wine, and spirits
• Innovation welcome: Support in creating new cocktails for our bar menus, oriented to guest wishes and global trends
• Creating atmosphere: Designing an inviting, friendly environment that encourages guests to linger
• Efficient organization: Assisting with inventory management and orders, focusing on cost-conscious purchasing
• Team promotion: Conducting training for service staff in the area of spirits and cocktails
• Highest standards: Ensuring compliance with operational guidelines and hygiene standards

What you bring with you

• Professional foundation: Completed training in gastronomy/hospitality and several years of experience as a bartender, ideally in a 5-star environment
• Mixology knowledge: Passion for cocktails and spirits as well as solid knowledge of international trends
• Linguistic diversity: Fluent German and English skills, additional foreign languages are an advantage
• Creativity and innovation: Enjoy developing new cocktail ideas and delighting guests with extraordinary creations
• Personality: Resilience, flexibility, and a winning appearance, even in demanding situations
