Marketing & MICE Coordinator 100% (m/f/d)
immediately or by arrangement
Your tasks
Support in the planning, execution and follow-up of weddings, banquets, events, exclusive occasions, seminars as well as family and group stays in close cooperation with the Event Manager
Participation in administrative and organizational tasks in the area of MICE, Marketing & Sales to ensure smooth processes and to support revenue and performance targets
Assistance in the preparation and follow-up of sales activities as well as occasional support at selected sales events in Switzerland and abroad
