Tasks
- Manage projects and coordinate food sample analysis, including reports.
- Ensure timely and efficient processing of samples in food analysis.
- Conduct expert review and approval of analysis orders with legal assessments.
Skills
- Degree in food chemistry or technology; experience in food analysis preferred.
- Strong motivation for technical issues and high quality standards.
- Fluency in English required; French is a plus.

In this role, as a member of the management team, you are directly responsible for advising and consulting customers on analytical issues, key account management, and outsourcing in the field of food and feed.
- Independent project management and coordination of order processing for food and feed samples including the preparation of reports with declaration checks and sensory analysis
- Ensuring correct, timely, and efficient sample processing
- Technical review and approval of analysis orders including legal assessment
- Customer management and support
- Representation of food and feed analytics at conferences, congresses, and trade fairs
- Acquisition of new customers and handling customer inquiries
- Completed studies in food chemistry or technology, alternatively studies in nutritional science (ETH, university, university of applied sciences) or equivalent training
- Several years of professional experience in food or feed analytics or production/quality control would be an advantage
- High motivation for technical issues as well as a high quality standard
- Very good English language skills required, French advantageous
