Customer Advisor Pension (80-100%)

What awaits you?

• You are the business card of our collective foundation and ensure a friendly and professional telephone reception of our customers.
• You handle telephone and written inquiries from our insured persons.
• You process business transactions from everyday pension fund matters such as changes in civil status, vested benefits, or divorces, prepare calculations, and formulate needs-based correspondence.
• You actively engage in a small, collegial, and friendly team.

Our modern offices are located directly at the train stations in Zurich and Lausanne and offer optimal accessibility - but flex work is also part of our modern work culture.

What do you bring?

• French skills at native speaker level.
• Good to very good German skills.
• You enjoy proactive customer contact and have a winning appearance.
• First experience in a pension fund is an advantage.
