Customer Advisor Pension (80-100%)
What awaits you?
- You are the business card of our collective foundation and ensure a friendly and professional telephone reception of our customers.
- You handle telephone and written inquiries from our insured persons.
- You process business transactions from everyday pension fund matters such as changes in civil status, vested benefits, or divorces, prepare calculations, and formulate needs-based correspondence.
- You actively engage in a small, collegial, and friendly team.
Our modern offices are located directly at the train stations in Zurich and Lausanne and offer optimal accessibility - but flex work is also part of our modern work culture.
What do you bring?
- French skills at native speaker level.
- Good to very good German skills.
- You enjoy proactive customer contact and have a winning appearance.
- First experience in a pension fund is an advantage.
