Medical Secretary 100%
Your mission
· Ensure the smooth administrative operation of the pediatrics department, in coordination with the care teams, doctors, patients and their families, as well as external stakeholders.
· Manage the department's phone calls and emails.
· Draft, format and follow up on medical and administrative documents (discharge letters, certificates, various correspondence).
· Provide administrative support to assistant doctors and managers (appointments, training, welcoming new doctors).
· Organize internal training, conferences and manage office supplies.
· Manage extra-cantonal guarantees and specific patient files.
· Occasional replacement of the gynecology-obstetrics medical secretary (vacations/absences).
Your assets
· Commercial employee CFC complemented by a medical secretary diploma or medical assistant CFC.
· Previous experience desired in a pediatrics secretariat.
· Excellent command of computer tools (Outlook, Word) and ideally Opale, Soarian, Ultragenda software.
· Good knowledge of medical terminology and administrative procedures in a hospital environment.
· Organizational skills, rigor, priority management and good stress resistance.
· Team spirit, flexibility and strict respect for confidentiality.
