About the job
Main tasks:
Reception and care of guests, customers, and business partners
Telephone switchboard and call forwarding
Organization and coordination of appointments and meetings
Processing of incoming/outgoing mail and emails
Support with administrative tasks in everyday office work
Maintenance and management of data and files
Requirements:
Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
Friendly and professional appearance
Very good communication skills in German (additional language skills are an advantage)
Organizational talent and service orientation
Confident handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Teamwork, reliability, and discretion
