Health Specialist (Selectable Workload 40-100%)

Your versatile tasks

• You care for and support our clients in their own homes
• You promote independence and self-responsibility within the individual possibilities of the clients
• You perform treatment care according to your competencies
• You collaborate with various professional groups
• You handle administrative tasks
• You accompany our trainees FaGe/AGS in their daily work

Your competencies

• Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
• You are an open-minded and flexible personality who enjoys engaging with people
• You bring good communication skills and confident handling of mobile care documentation (smartphone)
• You think in a networked way, work independently and responsibly
• Driver's license category B or willingness to be on the road with an e-bike
