- Co-responsibility for the operational management and strategic development of the organization

- Ensuring exemplary nursing quality, economical business management, and high customer satisfaction
- Collaboration with the board, external partners, municipalities, and authorities
- Representing Spitex internally and externally
Requirements
- Degree as a certified nursing professional at HF/FH level, leadership skills
- High professional and social competence, resilience, networked thinking, creativity, and enjoyment of a dynamic environment
- Entrepreneurial thinking, organizational talent, and high resilience
- Enjoyment in shaping a future- and service-oriented Spitex
- Good knowledge of MS Office, InterRai-HC, and Perigon is an advantage
