Supervisor Transit Center
Office for Migration and Civil Law | 60-80% | Davos Wolfgang or Litzirüti
The Office for Migration and Civil Law currently has 230 employees at over 20 locations and is responsible for the entire range of tasks in the field of migration, i.e., in particular the issuance and withdrawal of permits, accommodation and care, enforcement of expulsions, as well as integration. Additionally, identity cards for Swiss nationals are issued, naturalizations are carried out, and supervision of civil status authorities is exercised. The headquarters of the Office for Migration and Civil Law is in Chur.
We are looking for a supervisor for the asylum transit center in Davos Wolfgang and in Litzirüti for the Office for Migration and Civil Law starting January 1, 2026, or by agreement.
Your area of responsibility
- Care and support in daily life matters
- Handling administrative tasks and maintaining electronic files
- Ensuring smooth operation in the busy center
- Documentation and reporting on relevant events and developments in the center
- Occasional on-call duty outside operating hours
What we expect from you
- Completed basic training in administrative, social, or medical fields
- Resilience and empathy in dealing with different cultures and life stories
- Independent as well as goal- and team-oriented work
- Patience, flexibility, and assertiveness
- Foreign language skills and a car driver's license are an advantage
