🎯 YOUR PROFILE
Completed vocational training and several years of professional experience in upscale gastronomy
Fluent German and English skills are required, any additional language is an advantage
Team player, responsible and flexible
Well-groomed appearance and professional manners
Empathetic and discreet personality as well as service-oriented demeanor
📄 YOUR TASKS
Responsible for organizing and designing the workflows of the Grand Restaurant
Leading up to approx. 25 employees - creating and coordinating duty rosters
Conducting training and introducing new employees
Guest care - welcoming and seating our international guests
Responsible for ensuring guest-oriented 5-star service according to LHW standards
