In the middle of the city of Zurich, the Seefeld Residential Homes offer living and living space for adults with cognitive or multiple disabilities at
different locations.

At the Ottenweg location, people live who require special care and basic nursing due to their degree of disability and age. We are looking for a team leader care (80-90%) from January 1, 2026 or by arrangement.

Your tasks:

• Independent management of a residential group in all professional and
  organizational matters
• Accompanying, supporting and promoting residents with multiple
  disabilities
• Communication with legal representatives, relatives and medical
  professionals
• Leading a small team
• Responsibility for client and group administration

Your profile:

• Experience working with people with multiple disabilities
• Completed training as FABE/FAGE or nursing specialist
• Leadership experience in a social or nursing environment
• Ability to learn, handle conflicts, and work in a team
• Organizational skills and independent working style
• Sense of responsibility, openness, reliability, flexibility
• Appreciative attitude, creativity, patience and humor
