These tasks await you: In this exciting role, you are an important part of our dynamic team in the Market Development department. You are responsible for creating and implementing target group-oriented go-to-market plans that provide competitive advantages and revenue growth in the Wood and Construction divisions. We are looking for a communication specialist with pronounced visionary thinking and conceptual strength.

• Definition of the market strategy based on data analysis, customer needs, and company goals
• Development and implementation of marketing activities for the individual areas across all channels
• Personnel and professional leadership of three employees
• Traveling and close exchange with sales to capture market information and sales needs
• Further development of the product range in line with the division strategy
• Success evaluation based on defined KPIs, followed by optimization solutions and recommendations for action

To fulfill these demanding tasks, you bring the following qualifications:

• Extensive professional experience in business development as well as in the timber construction industry in Switzerland
• Degree in economics
• Fluent German as well as business fluent French and English skills in spoken and written form
• Very good handling of Office365, including MS Project & Power BI
• Strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and conceptual strength
