Due to a maternity leave, we are temporarily seeking a nursing expert with the prospect of a possible permanent position.

What to expect

• Promotion of the best possible care for patients incorporating "best practice"
• Advising, supporting, and empowering the team in clinical practice
• Co-responsibility for the development and promotion of nursing quality at the Riggisberg site
• Leading and participating in projects for site-specific practice development and nursing management
• Representation of professional development in the three-legged leadership committee of the nursing service at the Riggisberg site
• Participation and representation of professional development Riggisberg in the nursing expert committee for the medical area of rehabilitation, sports medicine, and country hospitals

Your profile

• Academic nursing degree with a Master of Science in Nursing
• High social and leadership competencies
• Motivation, commitment, and resilience
• Networking and strong communication skills
• Acting and thinking according to patient-oriented solution processes
• Interest in training in the field of Neuro Rehabilitation
