Chalet Suisse has 100 seats and is a culinary highlight at Zurich Airport. Located in the Airside Center, Chalet Suisse is the first Swiss specialty restaurant with a standing café, bistro, and restaurant area at Zurich Airport. It uniquely combines traditional Swiss cuisine with contemporary creations in a stylish ambiance.

For our restaurant Chalet Suisse at Zurich Airport, we are looking for a highly motivated cook (m/f/d) to start immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks:

• You are responsible for preparing the mise-en-place for both the hot and cold kitchen.
• You implement our recipes precisely and ensure the high-quality preparation of dishes.
• You creatively contribute your ideas and actively support the implementation of new culinary creations.
• Adhering daily to operational and food law requirements is a matter of course for you.
• You strictly observe occupational safety rules (KOPAS) as well as standards for cleaning work (HACCP).

Your profile:

• You are reliable at all times!
• You are mobile as the early shift starts at 4:00 a.m.
• You are a team player but also accustomed to working independently.
• You are helpful, positive, and actively pitch in.
• You have completed training as a cook.
• You learn quickly, are creative, and bring new ideas.
• You are flexible and can also work on weekends.
• You have good German language skills in spoken and written form (any additional language is a plus).
