Job Description

• Management of the assigned station with corresponding mise en place activities
• Preparation of high-quality menus for our patients, guests, and employees
• Production of à la carte dishes as well as menus for our bistro
• Various cleaning tasks and compliance with internal hygiene guidelines
• Assistance with internal and external events

Qualifications

• Completed professional training as a cook
• Professional experience in 4-5 star hotels and hospital gastronomy
• Willingness to take on early and late shifts as well as weekend duties
• Neat appearance and excellent manners
• Flexibility and resilience
