Building Services Planner Sanitary (80-100%)

As a Building Services Planner Sanitary, you will be part of a motivated environment that lives collaboration, open communication, and innovative solutions. We support each other, share knowledge, and develop our projects together – always with the aim of working at the highest technical and qualitative level.

YOUR TASKS:

• Active participation in interdisciplinary project teams with engineers and project managers
• Independent creation of 2D and 3D plans, floor plans, and schematics
• Responsible execution of technical calculations
• Writing technical reports as well as preparing material and quantity take-offs for tenders
• Support in the introduction and further development of internal CAD standards and participation in the implementation of the BIM methodology
• Involvement in all project phases – from concept development to execution planning
• Regular participation in coordination meetings with internal and external project participants

OUR TEAM:

We are a young, dynamic team that implements demanding projects in building services across locations. Our focus areas are industry, commercial buildings, hospital construction, high-rise buildings, residential construction, and modern office buildings.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Completed training as a Building Services Planner Sanitary EFZ
• Further education as a technician HF or a comparable qualification is an advantage
• Several years of experience in planning sanitary systems
• Very good knowledge of relevant Swiss standards and guidelines
• Confident handling of CAD tools, especially Plancal Nova 3D; ideally experience with BIM
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Strong communication skills, negotiation skills, and team orientation
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form; English or other language skills are an advantage
