We, the Human Resources team in the General Secretariat of the Directorate of Justice and the Interior, are responsible for the entire HR life cycle as well as the professional support of personnel work in the offices.
What you will do
- You will learn all HR processes from entry to exit and quickly implement the individual (administrative) steps independently
- After the introduction to SAP, regularly processing personnel data and creating orders and documents (e.g., work certificates) will be part of your tasks
- You will actively support the introduction of the new HR IT system by learning the current and future processes and preparing us in the different HR roles for the differences and process changes
How you succeed
- With a completed or started degree in HRM (optimal) - career changers with a passion for HR are also warmly welcome
- As a doer and interested in all topics around HR
- As a communication talent with a high willingness to learn and quick comprehension
