Project Manager with Business Analysis Experience 80 - 100%
In the interest of employees and companies, the Office for Work (AFA) contributes to strengthening the location Zurich. The Competence Center for Work bundles the labor market policy competencies within the AFA and takes on important strategic tasks, projects, and services on topics of labor market policy as well as the implementation of unemployment insurance.
To strengthen the "Projects and Development" department, we are looking for an experienced, conceptually strong, and networked-thinking personality. You will take on the operational management of demanding projects within the framework of our AFA2030 strategy and actively shape innovative, cross-departmental solutions.
Your tasks
- Management and control of strategic projects including planning, budget, quality assurance, and risk management
- Leadership and coordination of interdisciplinary project teams as well as close collaboration with project sponsors, stakeholders, and executive management
- Application of proven project methodology (including HERMES) and ensuring efficiency, timeliness, and quality of results
- Analysis and optimization of existing business processes as well as development of solution concepts to increase impact and efficiency
- Conducting data analyses to support decision-making processes
- Stakeholder management and moderation of complex interests
- Accompanying change processes (Change Management)
Your profile
- University degree in business administration, business informatics, or a comparable field
- Solid professional experience (at least 8 years), of which at least 5 years in project management and business analysis
- Further training in project management, ideally with HERMES certification
- Experience in change management or organizational development is an advantage
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as strategic understanding
- High personal responsibility, resilience, and implementation strength
- Strong communication skills, integrative personality with an affinity for digital topics and transformation
- Very good German skills, good knowledge of French and English is a plus
- Proficient use of digital tools (MS365, CRM systems)
