What to expect
- You support our Key Account Managers in sales talks and take on a central role in the technical and strategic customer consulting around the Pax8 Marketplace
- You ensure competent, solution-oriented, and sustainable consulting in the area of Modern Workplace & Cloud, both remotely and on-site with the customer
- You conduct feasibility checks, create and review offers, and share responsibility for revenue, conversion rate, and technical quality of solutions in project business
- You maintain close relationships with Pax8, recognize market trends early, and derive new business opportunities from them
- You ensure data quality in our CRM and ERP systems and independently manage your projects
- You actively contribute your knowledge to customer marketing campaigns, partner trainings, customer events, and internal training sessions
- Through regular further training and relevant certifications, you always stay up to date with the latest technology
- You work closely with Sales, Commercial, and other internal teams and contribute your know-how to the further development of the area
What you bring
- Commercial or technical basic training with further education in sales, marketing, or ICT (ideally higher technical school or comparable qualification)
- Several years of experience in account management, customer consulting, or offer creation, ideally with a focus on Modern Workplace & Cloud
- Confident handling of IT infrastructures, CRM, and ERP systems
- Fluent German skills, good English skills; French skills are an advantage
- Professional appearance with strong communication skills and negotiation skills
- Structured, solution-oriented working style, personal responsibility, and ability to work in a team
- Willingness to travel up to 60% within Switzerland
