Assistant Bar Manager 100% (m/f/d)
Your daily work
- Ensuring a smooth service process
- Efficient service as well as active sales to guests
- Responsibility for daily closings and inventory, implementation of HACCP, and further development of internal processes in the outlet
- Maintaining our guest database and expanding the existing regular customers
- Support in individual employee development and staff training
- Representing the Bar Manager
What we expect from you
- You have completed studies at a hotel management school or have completed training as a restaurant specialist EFZ with corresponding professional experience in the bar area
- Experience in a comparable position in 5-star hospitality
- High quality awareness and ideally knowledge of LQA and SDH standards
- Solid knowledge of wine, spirits, and cocktail expertise
- Proficient in German and English
