Your Tasks
- Performing occupational therapy assessments and treatments as well as their documentation
- Evaluation and adjustment of treatment processes
- Participation in interdisciplinary team meetings
- Independent presentations to rehabilitation patients
- Further development of the occupational therapy offerings in the facility
- Conducting workplace counseling and workplace training
- Participation in the establishment of an MBOR structure in the facility
- Assessments using MELBA or IMBA, after corresponding further training seminars.
- Orthopedic rehabilitation: Conducting assistive device consultations and provisions, splint provision, e.g., for rheumatism patients, motor-functional work
- Psychosomatic rehabilitation: Creative therapy offerings, management of the creative workshop, brain performance training
Your Profile
- Successfully completed training as an occupational therapist
- Good computer skills
- Completed courses in splint provision for rheumatism patients or willingness to complete these promptly are desirable
- Experience working with mentally ill people, in creative therapy, and managing creative workshops is desirable.
- Interest in further training in creative therapy is encouraged
- Independent and reliable working style
- Ability for professional and multiprofessional exchange
- Shared responsibility for continuous improvement of therapy processes and customer satisfaction
