Your Challenge
- Accounts receivable & accounts payable including payment transactions and dunning
- Financial accounting: postings and reconciliation of accounts of the general and subsidiary ledgers as well as bank accounts
- Support in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, budgets and forecasts, creating evaluations, monthly accrual postings, documentation and statistics
- Processing of internal investment requests including budget control
- Support in processing medical fees
- Support in maintaining fixed asset accounting
- Support in managing cost accounting according to REKOLE® standard
- Apprentice supervision
Your Profile
- Completed commercial basic training as well as several years of professional experience in a similar role
- High motivation and resilience
- Strong affinity for numbers as well as analytical, precise, careful and independent working style
- Team- and service-oriented as well as communicative personality
- Proficient in MS Office
